Bye-Bye to Bad Thoughts – How to Embrace and Work Through Worry

Next up on my road to mindfulness… Working through (and embracing) bad thoughts. Something that has always stuck with me from my therapy days was the notion of ACCEPTING my feelings, worries, and fears. A lot of my stress and anxiety came from the fact that I was upset with myself for being upset. I thought I should be stronger than emotions. Sounds silly but it’s true.
